
Cody Clarke has more than five years of experience in public accounting, corporate finance and asset management. At Harney, he supports a broad range of client engagements in which he performs detailed financial and accounting analyses, develops company projections and forecasts, and creates financial models. He has provided financial and operational advisory services to companies in transition, ranging from Fortune 500 to middle-market companies.
Before joining Harney, Cody has worked in public accounting, corporate finance and asset management. He has also been responsible for investment decisions and day-to-day risk management of corporate credit strategies as part of a $2.7 billion collateral loan obligation fund at a specialized asset management company in Chicago.

Additionally, performed evaluations/DCF and LBO models and scoped potential investment opportunities.

while earning his account and finance degree at University of Indianapolis, Cody was a student athlete and pitcher of the college baseball team. He has also been the director of a summer baseball program for kids.
