Harney Partners, a national corporate advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Rick
Malagodi has joined the firm as Managing Director. At Harney Partners, Rick’s role will include guiding company CFOs, private equity firms, lenders, and other stakeholders through mission-critical challenges, focusing on advisory, operational transformation and financial distress. Based in the Boston area, his focus will be serving companies and stakeholders in the East Coast region and beyond.
Malagodi has more than 25 years of experience in senior leadership, executive operations, capital formation, and turnaround management. Throughout his career, he has worked with countless organizations to manage and navigate complex financial and operational challenges across industries that span technology, consumer products, education, manufacturing, financial services, licensing, distribution, aerospace, and healthcare.

Prior to Harney Partners, Malagodi held leadership positions at national firms including Winter Harbor, Riveron and Spinglass Management Group. He has extensive experience in recapitalization, restructuring, debtor-side advising, liquidation, and M&A negotiations.
