Doris is a financial operations leader with 25 years of demonstrated experience in corporate roles as well as consulting for small to medium-sized organizations. She has broad experience with full-cycle accounting, including creation and streamlining of systems, cash management and budgeting, as well as creating and analyzing monthly and project-based financial reports.

Doris is highly proficient with Quickbooks, Netsuite, Xero; Microsoft Excel; Expensify; ADP, Gusto, TriNet, as well as several other financial systems. At Harney Partners, in addition to financial responsibilities, Doris is instrumental in managing onboarding, HR and payroll management.
