Eric is a strategic partner with Harney Partners who may act as a corporate receiver, independent director, bankruptcy trustee or plan/litigation trustee.

During his forty year legal career, Eric has handled a variety of complex litigation matters in state and federal courts in Texas–and around the country in the areas of bankruptcy,  work-outs, banking, real estate/entitlement, business/commercial disputes, fiduciary matters, and securities litigation.

Eric has served as counsel to debtors, creditors, committees,  litigation trusts,  bankruptcy trustees, receivers, corporations and individuals in hundreds of matters, including highly controversial and high profile bet-the-company litigation.  He has also served as a receiver and litigation trustee, including representation of receivers.
