Jim Auker
Managing Director
Jim has more than 25 years of finance, valuation, corporate turnaround and restructuring, and executive management experience. Additionally, he has served as the Chief Financial Officer for companies with revenues ranging from $5M to $150M.
Jim has extensive experience in M&A, financial advisory services, and also brings a wealth of experience as an investor and portfolio manager across multiple industries in his years working for a large investment firm then as a founding partner in a start-up investment firm.
