He is a results-oriented financial executive with extensive experience and strength in resolving strategic and tactical business issues, evolving organization structures, re-positioning business lines, managing creditor and investor relationships, contributing to Boards of Directors, and building and motivating teams to exceed business objectives.
Most recently, Tom served as the Chief Financial Officer for CARite Holdings, LLC, a privately held business with operations in auto dealership franchising and vehicle leasing, where he led accounting, management reporting, finance, treasury operations, financial planning and analysis, accounts payable and tax. Prior to CARite, Tom was the CFO of Brook Furniture Rental from June of 2012 to December 2017. He led the sale of the company from its founder to a private investment group and completed a tuck-in acquisition.
Tom also has a deep history as a senior banking executive, in which he led and participated in more than 25 workouts, both in-court and out-of-court.
