New York, NY — Harney Partners, a national corporate turnaround and financial advisory firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Michael Lynch and Ed Derengowski to its New York office. These additions reflect the firm’s commitment to establishing a strong presence to serve the needs of companies across the East Coast, from middle-market businesses to larger enterprises navigating complex financial and operational challenges.
Lynch and Derengowski transferred to New York from the firm’s Austin, TX office. As Manager, Lynch has diverse experience in financial services and investment banking with specialization in M&A, data analysis and project management. He supports client engagements for both Harney Partners as well as its investment banking affiliate, Harney Capital. As Manager, Derengowski has exceptional experience to help the firm’s clients with his technical expertise in financial modeling, accounting reports, and industry and transaction analysis.
