Harney Partners is pleased to announce the formation of Harney Capital, a boutique investment banking firm that provides capital and M&A solutions crafted for middle market companies.
While Harney Partners has been advising on transactions for 30+ years, this formalizes and enhances their existing transaction advisory services (TAS) and enables them to offer broader access to a vast, independent network of capital sources and more creative financing options.
Harney Capital is led by Eric Welchko, an investment banking veteran with 20+ years of experience in transaction management, including executive roles at Ravinia Capital and Advocate Capital Advisors.
While Harney Capital and Harney Partners will operate independently, they will maintain a strategic affiliation to enable shared advisory services and expertise to benefit their clients.
