Chicago, IL – Sept 22, 2020 – Harney Partners, a national corporate advisory firm that that helps companies navigate complex financial and operational situations, is pleased to announce the addition of Chuck Kuoni to its team. As Managing Director in the Chicago office, Kuoni will lead client advisory engagements while supporting the ongoing geographic expansion of the firm.
Kuoni has more than 25 years in executive and C-level leadership roles across a wide range of industries with specialized expertise in healthcare, retail and manufacturing. In his role as Chief Restructuring Officer he successfully managed the needs of multiple stakeholders. He has been an advisor to management teams and their boards on complex governance issues, as well as a financial advisor to lenders and creditor committees in a wide range of turnaround and debt restructuring situations.

Kuoni recent experiences include advising the board of a manufacturing company on its debt restructuring, serving as liquidating trustee, and interim CFO of a multi-state medical practice. Kuoni is a Certified Turnaround Professional, and he earned his Master’s Degree from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
