Both John and Rob will provide advisory services and support to companies experiencing a complex transition or distressed situation.
John has more than 25 years of experience in restructuring, turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, as well as general financial and operations management. In addition to his experience leading a restructuring practice at a large accounting firm, he has held multiple CFO and related financial leadership roles for companies across industries including manufacturing, construction, and oil field services.
Rob has more than 10 years of broad financial experience across corporate FP&A, transactional due diligence, and commercial lending. He amassed this unique cross-functional skillset at companies ranging from small start-ups to large Fortune 500 corporations. Prior to Harney, Rob worked at an alternative lender where he was responsible for underwriting new commercial loans and managing the firm’s entire portfolio.
