Steven Hirt, Operations Expert, Joins Firm as Managing Director
Harney Partners, a national, corporate turnaround and restructuring advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Steve Hirt has joined the firm as Managing Director. In this leadership role, Steve will provide direction and deliver strategic advisory services and operation optimization to further meet the growing needs of clients seeking process improvement and optimization across their operations.
A highly respected operations expert and leader in strategic and operational excellence, Steve has successfully founded, operated, and transitioned multiple businesses to new ownership. He has also held senior executive positions in finance and operations for global food manufacturing and consumer products companies including, CFO, VP of Finance & IT, and VP of Strategy.

Steve has developed and executed initiatives for companies ranging in size from $20M to greater than $1B. His 30-year career includes more than two decades in strategic consulting assignments in a variety of OEM and manufacturing environments. He has deep skills in everything from strategic planning, change management and customer service—to sales, process improvement and financial operations.

A Certified Public Accountant, Steve earned his Bachelor’s in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh and completed the SHINGO executive leadership program at Utah State University.
