Harney Partners, a national turnaround and restructuring advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Kyle Schanzer has joined the firm as Manager in the Dallas, TX office. He will work with Harney clients and stakeholders to develop strategic solutions and help guide decision-making to navigate periods of financial distress and optimize operational efficiency.
Schanzer has broad experience in financial restructuring, bankruptcy advisory, financial modeling, FP&A, and accounting. He specializes in supporting companies through complex financial challenges, including turnaround management, liquidity improvement, and debt restructuring.

Prior to Harney Partners, Schanzer was a senior consultant with FTI Consulting. He earned his Bachelor of Economics from University of Kansas and his MBA from Southern Methodist University.
