Zach is a financial advisory and restructuring professional with more than 11 years of experience helping middle-market companies, lenders, and private equity sponsors address complex financial and operational challenges. He specializes in liquidity management, 13-week cash flow forecasting, financial modeling, and process optimization to enhance performance and long-term value.

He has advised clients across industries including aerospace and defense, oil and gas, manufacturing, retail, higher education, financial services, and consumer products on Chapter 11 restructurings, out-of-court turnarounds, post-merger integrations, and transaction due diligence.

Before joining Harney Partners, Zach served as a Director in Huron Consulting Group’s Business Advisory practice and held earlier roles with Ankura Consulting Group and PwC. He combines financial rigor, operational insight, and hands-on leadership to help clients achieve clarity and stability in high-pressure environments.
