Harney Partners is pleased to announce the recent promotions of Cody Clarke, Wade Horst and Rob Rossiter from Manager to Senior Manager. In their elevated positions, they will continue in their roles of working with the Harney Partners’ teams in serving clients who are in transition and change.
Based in the Chicago, IL office, Cody Clarke, CPA, joined the firm in 2019. He supports a broad range of client engagements in which he performs detailed financial and accounting analyses, develops company projections and forecasts, and acts in interim CFO and other finance roles for clients. Prior to joining Harney Partners, Clarke worked in public accounting, corporate finance, and asset management.
Wade Horst, CFA, based in the Dallas, TX office, has been with the firm and predecessor firms for five years. Horst performs comprehensive financial and accounting analyses, develops company projections and forecasts, and assists clients with the sale of assets. He also has experience across corporate finance, investment analysis, and hedge fund operations and compliance.
Rob Rossiter, also based in the Chicago office since 2021, has 10+ years of financial experience across corporate FP&A, transactional due diligence, and commercial lending. He brings a cross-functional skillset including financial analyses, business modeling, and forecasting that was developed at companies ranging from small start-ups to large Fortune 500 corporations.
